"BOO" sign

I made 4 of these cute BOO signs last night. My daughter wants one for her room and one for her teacher. I made a couple extra to sell. I used George and Basic Shapes to cut the 6 x 6 squares and used recycled cereal boxes for my "chipboard". The Ghosts are from Happy Hauntings and the font is from All Mixed Up. Some cute little "purses"

Birthday Gift for a Friend of my Daughter
Gift Card Holder Bag
Purse with Matching 3 x 3 Cards

The pictures arent that great - I used glitter pens, it looks great but doesnt show in the pics :(

I made a couple of cute little purses recently. Some are for gift cards and some have matching 3 x 3 cards that fit inside the purse. The idea for the style of this came from Crafting Haven as she has made some adorable purses! I will be making more of these for all of the events/holidays. Enjoy!

Throwback Thursday Challenge

This weeks challenge over at Emma's Throwback Thursday Challenge is to create a project without using any machines - No Cricut, No Cuttlebug, etc! My daughter wanted to give some friends these little packs of M & M 's and asked me dress them up - so that's what I did. I just used cardstock paper, stamps and a sticker - Easy Peasy! CARDZ TV: HALLOWEEN CHALLENGE: More Halloween Cards

I also wanted to make a card for Mary's challenge over at Cardz Tv (http://cardztv.blogspot.com/2010/09/halloween-challenge.html) but I am having the hardest time deciding which one to enter - lol! Most of the cuts on these cards were made from Mini Monsters as well as Cricu Lite Celebrate with Flourish - Enjoy!

Halloween Cards

Well, I've been busy making Halloween cards the past couple of days. For the "shape" cards, I made about 50 of them in 2 days - whew! Halloween is my favorite holiday :)  I am going to be making sets of holiday cards to sell and decided to start with my fav. I will pry start Christmas next! This first set are some of the shape cards and all are from Mini Monsters cart...

Name Plaque "Wyatt"

Hello...I made this cute "surfer" name plaque for a pretty cool 6 year old boy. (He is the brother of Savannah that I also just made a plaque for) The cuts are all from Life Is A Beach cart. My delema was that my surf board was 20" long and I didnt have any 12 x 24 long patterned paper. So, I decided to piece it together by placing "masking" tape upside down on my mat, directly at the center location of my cuts, then I placed my paper down, pressing onto the sticky side of the masking tape. It all cut just fine and pealed off my mat while keeping the masking tape in tact. You cant even see any seams on my surf board or my waves! Fun project and we will be delivering them tonight!
